FABRIC FABRICATION
FABSHADE Structures, with its 15000 square-foot membrane manufacturing plant,possesses efficient capacity and a highly trained staff specialized in working with tensile fabric materials such as PTFE, PVC, and ETFE film. This manufacturing capability plays a crucial role in the production phase of projects undertaken by FABSHADE.
Once the final engineering has been confirmed and shop drawings are created, the prestressed PTFE or PVC fabric membrane is cut and welded to generate the final panel sizes that will be installed in the field. By having this in-house capability, FABSHADE can effectively meet accelerated schedules while ensuring the production quality is regulated and maintained.
